AI Solar Agent responses are provided as advisory guidance and do not replace certified electrical engineering advice.

Soltis facilitates connections with independent third-party suppliers and certified installers.

Contracts for equipment purchase and installation are entered directly between you and the respective provider.

You retain ownership of any content and rooftop details you submit to Soltis.

All software, trademarks, logos, and design elements of Soltis are owned by Soltis Energy Project, Thailand.

You agree not to misuse Soltis, probe system vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Soltis Energy Project, Thailand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend access in cases of material breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with Thai courts having jurisdiction under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with advance notice posted on the platform.

If any provision is found invalid, remaining terms remain in full force.
